Where exactly will my driver meet me?

Your chauffeur will be waiting nearby with a name sign. Before your cruise arrives, you receive your driver's direct phone number and vehicle details. When you disembark and are ready for pickup, contact your driver directly by text or call — they will then proceed to curbside at World Cruise Center, Berths 92–95, to pick you up right in front of the terminal. If you cannot locate your vehicle within a few minutes, call (855) 255-2557 and dispatch will assist.

What if I'm delayed getting off the ship?

No problem. Your chauffeur waits for you until you disembark. You receive 30 minutes of complimentary wait time from your scheduled pickup — just text or call your driver directly when you're ready for pickup. After 30 minutes, standard wait-time charges apply. We recommend scheduling your pickup with enough buffer time to avoid fees.

Can you handle large groups or cruise parties?

Yes. We have Sprinter vans, Sprinter limousines, mini coaches, party buses, and full-size charter buses for groups of any size. We can also arrange city tours of Los Angeles, including Hollywood, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, and the Walk of Fame. Do you assist with luggage?

Absolutely. Your chauffeur helps load and unload luggage, including oversized suitcases and golf bags common on cruise trips.

Can I book a round-trip (drop-off before cruise + pickup after)?

Yes — round-trip cruise bookings are one of our most common reservations. We drop you at the Port of Los Angeles before your cruise departs and pick you up on your return date. Both legs lock in at booking with a combined flat rate. We always assign the same chauffeur for both legs of your trip, so the driver who drops you off will be the one waiting when you disembark. Your chauffeur will locate and recognize you in the crowd when you return from your cruise.
