FAQ
Fleet — Common Questions
How do I choose the right vehicle for my LAX transfer?
For 1-3 passengers with standard luggage, an executive sedan (Lexus ES 300, BMW 5 Series, Tesla Model Y, or Mercedes C-Class) is ideal. For 3-4 passengers or extra luggage, choose a midsize SUV like the Cadillac XT6 or Lincoln Nautilus. For 6-7 passengers, the Cadillac Escalade or Chevrolet Suburban is recommended. For groups of 8-13, the Mercedes Sprinter Van is the best option. For up to 25 passengers, a mini coach or party bus is available, and for over 25 to 50 passengers, a charter bus can be arranged.
Are child car seats available?
Yes — child safety seats are available free of charge on request. Let us know your child's age and weight when booking, and we will have the correct seat installed and ready.
How much luggage can each vehicle fit?
Executive sedans fit 2 standard suitcases. Midsize SUVs (Cadillac XT6, Lincoln Nautilus) fit 3 bags. Full-size SUVs (Escalade, Suburban) fit 4-5 bags. Sprinter Vans can accommodate luggage for up to 13 passengers. If you have oversized items like golf clubs or ski bags, let us know at booking.
Are all vehicles black and late-model?
Yes. Every vehicle in the MGCLS fleet is black, late-model, and inspected weekly. We maintain strict standards — no vehicle older than 3 model years is used for service.
Can I request a specific vehicle?
Yes — you can select your preferred vehicle when booking hourly services online or by calling (855) 255-2557. Vehicle selection is guaranteed when booked at least 24 hours in advance. For airport pickups and drop-offs, luxury sedans are assigned based on availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
