My flight was delayed — what happens?
MGCLS tracks every arrival flight in real time using FAA arrival data. If your flight is delayed less than 2 hours, your driver automatically adjusts pickup time and there is nothing for you to do; for delays longer than 2 hours, call us at (855) 255-2557 so we can rebook for your new arrival time. Domestic arrivals receive 30 minutes of complimentary wait time after your flight lands; international arrivals receive 45 minutes (longer because of customs). If your plans change on the day — a rebooked flight, a missed connection, a different airport — call dispatch and we will rework the pickup. Note: for flights arriving after 11:30 PM at LAX, Hollywood Burbank, Long Beach or John Wayne, a $35 after-midnight fee applies. Operating under CPUC authority since 2008 (TCP #37478).
Do you pick up at the curb or inside the terminal?
Curbside pickup is the default at no extra charge: your chauffeur pulls up to the arrivals level at your terminal when you are ready, and we track your flight so the timing follows your actual landing. If you would like to be met inside, Meet & Greet is available for $45 — your chauffeur waits for you inside the terminal at baggage claim.
