Pricing — Common Questions
What is the minimum booking for hourly service?
Minimum booking is 3 hours for sedans and SUVs, 4 hours for Sprinter vans, and 5 hours for buses and coaches. This ensures enough time for a meaningful trip without rush.
Is gratuity included in the rate?
No — rates are flat with no hidden fees, but gratuity is not included. A tip of 15-20% is customary and appreciated. You can add it at checkout or tip your chauffeur directly in cash.
What is included in every ride?
Every MGCLS ride includes flight monitoring, curbside pickup, complimentary wait time (45 min international, 30 min domestic), luggage assistance, bottled water, and 24/7 dispatch support. No extra charges for these services.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Free cancellation up to 4 hours before pickup. Changes to pickup time, address, or vehicle can be made anytime by calling (855) 255-2557 or emailing info@mgcls.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). Payment is processed securely at the time of booking. For corporate accounts, monthly invoicing is available.
