Sign up for transactional SMS from MGCLS Car Service — pickup reminders, driver dispatch updates, and direct replies from our dispatch team. No marketing messages, no spam — just messages tied to your reservation or to questions you ask us.

Signing up for SMS is optional. You can book and use every MGCLS Car Service — reservations, payments, customer service, dispatch — without ever giving SMS consent. SMS is a convenience, not a requirement.

Your information is used only to deliver SMS updates about your MGCLS reservations and customer-service requests. We never share or sell phone numbers.

What we'll send

  • Pickup reminders before each scheduled ride
  • Driver dispatch updates while a chauffeur is on the way to you
  • Ride confirmations after you book or modify a reservation
  • Direct replies from MGCLS dispatch when you text us

We don't send marketing or promotional SMS. Every message is tied to a specific reservation or to a question you ask MGCLS dispatch.

How to opt in

There is exactly one way to opt in to MGCLS SMS: submit the form on this page. Filling out the form, checking the consent box, and clicking submit is the only opt-in moment that gives MGCLS permission to send you SMS.

Opting in is optional and separate from booking. Booking a ride at our online reservation system, calling (855) 255-2557, or asking a question by phone does notsign you up for SMS. We won't text you unless you opt in here first.

One narrow exception: if you text MGCLS dispatch at (323) 552-9847 to ask a question, our dispatcher may reply by SMS to that specific conversation. That reply is consent for that conversation only — it does not enroll you in ongoing notifications, which still requires the form on this page.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. MGCLS does not charge you to send or receive SMS. Your mobile carrier may charge you depending on your rate plan.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any MGCLS message at any time. Opt-outs are honored immediately and persist across future reservations. Reply HELP for support or contact info@mgcls.com / (855) 255-2557.
